Shop & pad grading
Building pads for shops, pole barns, sheds, hot tubs and gravel parking. Stripped, cut to grade, compacted and sloped so water sheds away from the building.
Backfilling
Trenches and foundations closed in compacted lifts, graded to shed water away from the building, so the ground stays where we put it.
Trenching & utility installs
Power to a shop, water to a barn, conduit for gates and lighting. Located through 811, dug to depth, bedded and backfilled — your electrician or plumber makes the connections.
Driveway grading & repair
Ruts, potholes and washboard cut out and the drive re-crowned so water sheds off instead of running down it. Ditches and culverts sorted at the same time.
Drainage & French drains
Standing water, wet crawlspaces and downspouts dumping against the foundation. Drain lines run out to daylight wherever the ground has enough fall to work with.
Sewer & water line digs
Dig-and-replace for failed side sewers and water services, usually well under a trenchless quote when the yard is open. We dig and backfill; your plumber connects.
Sprinkler & irrigation repair
Mainline breaks, crushed lines under driveways, and trenching new zones across established lawn. The digging half of the trade, which the sprinkler companies are not equipped for.
Brush removal & small clearing
Fence lines, overgrown corners, blackberry and scrub, and defensible space around structures. Cleared and piled wherever you want it on the property.
Work we refer out
Some jobs belong with a specialist, and we would rather send you straight to one: septic systems, basement and foundation excavation, building demolition, concrete pours, and land clearing at acreage scale. Ask us and we will point you at someone good.
Where we work
Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Mead, Colbert, Chattaroy, Deer Park, Nine Mile Falls, Cheney, Airway Heights and Medical Lake — about 50 miles out from Spokane. We work the Washington side of the state line.
